Welcome to Solen Plugins. By accessing our website solenplugins.com and purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all or part of the Terms, we ask that you discontinue use of this platform.

1. Nature of Products and Services

Solen Plugins is dedicated to the development and sale of entirely digital products (software/plugins) created for use on Minecraft game servers. We do not sell physical products.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Mojang

Solen Plugins is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially linked to Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All of our products are developed independently, in strict compliance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Product Compatibility

Solen Plugins products are designed to work with most versions of Minecraft. The compatible versions are listed in each product’s description, using versions not listed may result in errors or limitations.

4. License Agreement (Copyright)

When you purchase a plugin from our store, you are not purchasing ownership of the software, but rather a revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use it. Under this license, it is strictly prohibited to:

Claim the plugin’s source code, features, or design as your own.
Decompile, modify, or reverse engineer the code for distribution purposes.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate revocation of your license and the permanent suspension of your account, without the right to prior notice or a refund, and in some cases the pursuit of legal action, including civil and criminal liability for piracy.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, which cannot be physically returned, all sales are final with the exceptions below.

Refund requests will only be accepted if the digital product has not been downloaded, installed, activated, or used. If the product has already been accessed in any way, a refund will not be granted.
The refund request will be reviewed by our support team, and if approved, the full amount may be refunded.
Once the digital product has been downloaded, installed, or used, the purchase becomes final and irrevocable.
Opening disputes or chargebacks through payment platforms (such as PayPal or Stripe) without prior contact with our support team will result in the immediate cancellation of the license for all purchased products.

6. Product Features and Lifetime

All products are provided with the features and functionalities described on the product page at the time of purchase. Users should not expect additional features or updates to be provided free of charge. Any new features added in the future are considered a bonus and are not guaranteed. References to a “lifetime license” or “lifetime support” refer to the product’s lifetime, as determined by the Company, and not to the buyer’s lifetime. Solen Plugins may discontinue the product.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website, regardless of whether the user accepts them. Continued use of the platform implies automatic acceptance of the changes made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Portugal.
